The General Manager – In Home Services is a newly designed role in which you will work closely and transparently with the State Manager and the Executive Team to develop and lead the proactive sourcing of prospective new clients and the implementation of service excellence frameworks.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience as a strategic leader and a strong understanding of the NDIS, in addition to a passion for designing and engaging services that individuals with disabilities want and need the most.
