• Salary: $72,777.51 - $74,527.83 per annum (Experience dependent) Plus Super

We are growing rapidly and looking for OSHC staff to share our journey. As a c-Verse Director you will receive administration support from our friendly head office team, leaving you free to focus on what you enjoy- having fun and learning alongside our children.

Commencing as a part time position, 30 hours per week, with full time hours during school holidays, you will receive support from your regional manager to grow your service and work towards a full time position.

Position requirements:

• To provide supervision and direction in ensuring the day to day operations of the childcare service is in accordance with One Tree's policies, procedures, government regulations, legislation and the National Quality Standards and One Tree's Philosophy and Code of Ethics.
• To lead by example ensuring the work environment operates in accordance with One Tree's Spirit [Vision] - Purpose and Values, Philosophy and Code of Ethics.
• To actively create partnerships with families, staff and the community.
• To provide information, referral and support to parents of children attending One Tree's services.

Successful applicant will possess:

• Genuine love for & interest in children
• An absolute can-do attitude
• Diploma Qualified in Early Education and Care (Or equivalent qualification)
• Solid understanding of Early Years Learning Framework.
• Demonstrated experience in child care industry
• Sound communication skills, written and verbal
• Valid working with Children Card or willing to obtain
