One Tree is seeking a consultant for a fixed term period (4-6 weeks), to support the Organisation’s implementation of the quality management system and in preparation for ISO accreditation.

The Role:

Quality Standards:

• The consultant will provide document control support to the ISO Coordinator and Quality Management Team in accordance with the Organisation’s quality management system
• The consultant will audit and address gaps in the central filing system to comply with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

Key deliverables include:

• Release all approved documents by the QMT and/or CEO to the Document Library.
• Audit the document library ensuring metadata is correct and there are no duplication's. Review and updated the QMS Mapping Document.
• Audit and update the Central Filing System in line with requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
• Assist the ISO Coordinator in reviewing documents in preparation for the Quality Management Team in line with the Organisation’s branding guidelines and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, where needed.

Qualifications/Skills and Experience required:

• Applicants must hold an ABN
• Prior experience as a document controller (essential) and technical writer (desirable)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint or similar document management systems.
• Highly competent with Microsoft Office Suite (including excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• Demonstrated experience working with an ISO accredited organisation
