As CEO, you will lead the organisation through its next phase of sustainable growth, driving strategic initiatives, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and overseeing the highest standards of customer experience and clinical excellence.

Reporting to the Board, TRUE’s next CEO will:

• Provide visionary leadership, shaping and distilling clarity in the implementation of True’s strategic direction.
• Drive financial sustainability through a robust operating model and expand service offerings.
• Enhance governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Strengthen partnerships with government, clinicians, industry, and community stakeholders.
• Be politically astute and champion advocacy and public engagement to elevate True’s impact.

We are seeking an accomplished executive with:

• Proven leadership experience at CEO or senior executive level.
• Strong financial acumen and a track record of business growth.
• Expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy.
• A deep commitment to health, human services, or social impact.
• Exceptional communication and people leadership skills.
