ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Support Worker, you will empower individuals by enhancing their daily living skills and promoting community inclusion. Your role involves providing direct outreach support, coordinating care, connecting clients with services, and encouraging active community and family engagement. You will work independently to ensure clients' overall wellbeing and help them achieve meaningful outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a passion for supporting others. Ideal candidates will have:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and Blue Card
  • NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate (can be obtained at: NDIS Training)
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and sleepover shifts
