ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Support Worker at our Ipswich Hub, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients with complex needs. Your work will involve helping clients achieve their personal goals, promoting their independence, and using community resources to enhance their lives. You’ll lead planned activities, provide domestic assistance, and schedule medical appointments, all while working flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a positive impact in our clients' lives.

ABOUT YOU

We seek a passionate individual with prior experience as a Support Worker, especially with complex clients and restrictive practices. You should have an open driver's license, NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, Blue Card, and NDIS Workers Orientation Certificate (or be willing to obtain it). Your dedication to client support and your ability to work flexibly will make you an ideal fit for our team.
