Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management and Optimisation: Conduct website audits, refine information architecture, improve user experience and implement SEO strategies.
  • Content Creation and Implementation: Upload and update website content, create new pages, format articles and ensure visual consistency across digital platforms.
  • Content Management: Review, edit and structure digital content to align with organisational goals and accessibility standards.
  • Microsite Support: Maintain and update event and CPD microsites, ensuring alignment with promotional strategies.
  • Digital Systems Review & Implementation: Play a key role in the organisation’s digital systems review by implementing structural and content improvements that align with long-term digital strategy.
  • Performance Analysis: Use Google Analytics to track engagement, identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant and engaging.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented digital specialist who enjoys both the technical and content-driven aspects of website management. You thrive in a collaborative and supportive team environment, take initiative and are excited to contribute to meaningful digital improvements.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A positive and adaptable mindset, with a collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS, including creating pages and uploading/editing content.
  • Strong understanding of website architecture, SEO and accessibility standards.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge (advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong writing, editing and content structuring skills.
  • Experience using Google Analytics to track website performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities, work independently and contribute to a dynamic team culture.
