About the job

Manage clinical support on the MOST platform, oversee a diverse team, provide supervision, training, and contribute to service development for youth mental health. The Moderated Online Social Therapy (MOST) platform is the first single digital solution specifically designed to integrate with, and address, the key limitations of current youth mental health services.

Reporting to the National Clinical Services Manager you will:

  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to staff, ensuring adherence to professional and safety standards including supporting the recruitment of new clinical team members.
  • Manage complex cases, liaise with external services, and offer online support/therapy when needed.
  • Contribute to service innovation and refine the MOST platform’s clinical model and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of MOST in clinical settings, addressing challenges and updating training materials.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration in one of the following fields: Psychology, Occupational therapy, Mental Health Nursing or Social Work and full registration with AHPRA or AASW.
  • Experience supervising psychologists, social workers and allied health professionals, working in a multidisciplinary team, training and mentoring staff, delivering and supervising digital service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team, understanding of contemporary clinical practices, health practice legislation and professional ethical practices, develop quality materials that support clinical practice and onboarding.
  • Experience and knowledge of mental health system in WA will be highly regarded.
  • A capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment, work to appropriate timelines and demonstrate problem solving and risk management abilities.
