Working within the Prevention in Action Directorate, the Business Development Officer, Our Watch Institute supports the team to deliver a range of services that inspire and support workplaces to do their part in preventing violence against women in workplaces and the community. This role leads on support and systems that ensure a positive client experience and efficient internal resource management, as well as supporting program delivery, event management, proposal writing and other client/business development administration.
You have great communication skills, and are confident liaising with potential and existing clients and other Our Watch stakeholders, to contribute to the operations of the Institute. Attention to detail and supporting the timely delivery of high-quality services are core to your way of working. You will be comfortable operating with a commercial lens and are interested in business development/sales and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in this space.
