About the role

  • Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
  • 0.8FTE – 1.0FTE (flexible FTE options considered)
  • Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
  • $98,825 – $103,784 + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading

Working within the Prevention in Action Directorate, the Client Lead, Our Watch Institute will develop and nurture effective relationships with a client centric focus on key external stakeholders, with the aim of growing relationships commercially and increasing our impact in workplaces. You will work with key stakeholders and specialists to support the continuous improvement of key approaches and resources, including Workplace Equality and Respect, and will be accountable for delivering on client engagement, services, training, and other products.

About you

You are an experienced prevention specialist with a strong knowledge of prevention of violence against women, with a deep understanding of cultural change in various types of organisations in relation to gender equality. You have experience working in or alongside corporates and other organisation to drive organisational change initiatives. You are an engaging public speaker, have sophisticated communications skills and are confident engaging a broad range of stakeholders in corporate environments, with experience facilitating training and capacity development activities that suit the diverse entry points and contexts of workplaces across Australia across sectors.
