Working within the Innovation Directorate, the Evaluation Lead will co-coordinate the implementation of the Performance Evaluation Framework across teams. The role will support and deliver evaluation initiatives and develop knowledge translation outputs based on key Evaluation and Impact findings. This role leads engagement, data collection, analysis, synthesis and dissemination of findings (with a focus on qualitative data), and supports multiple evaluations initiatives e.g. projects funded by the National Plan to End Violence Against Women and Children).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leader with qualitative and quantitative reporting skills, who is looking to lead the planning for project evaluations and developmental research, ensuring ethical approaches, practices and systems across evaluation design and data collection.
You will lead the recruitment, contracting and management of consultants and suppliers, and identify efficiencies to further streamline evaluation systems and processes. You will provide guidance, technical inputs and feedback to consultants to help ensure quality and consistency of research and be comfortable establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
