About the role

  • Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
  • 0.8FTE (flexible FTE options available)
  • Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
  • $98,825 - $103,784 (pro-rata) + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading

Working within the Marking and Communications Directorate, the Executive Assistant and Team Coordinator will assist in planning, prioritising, and managing administrative needs of the Director, leadership team and the directorate to ensure the smooth functioning.

This role plays a crucial part in enhancing efficiency, managing workflows, and supporting key projects. This role has opportunities for the right candidate to grow in their exposure and experience in marketing and communications operational practices in a not for profit, primary prevention organisation.

About you

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong time management, project and organisational skills.

You will have proven experience juggling multiple priorities using systematic thinking and providing proactive solutions, and have high level analytical, written and verbal skills, and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with Asana, Board Effect, and a not-for-profit and/or government environment is preferable.
