About the role

• Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
• Full time (part time options considered)
• Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
• $87,841 - $90,587 + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loading

Working within the Corporate Services Directorate, the People and Culture Advisor role will focus on the operational aspects of wellbeing, safety, compliance and other general projects. Working within the award-winning People and Culture team, this role will operationalise strategic HR initiatives internally with support from their manager and the established People and Culture Advisor.

About you

You are an experienced HR professional who is confident in balancing legislative and compliance requirements with a people centred approach. You will have operational experience and legislative knowledge in Workplace Health and Safety including positive duty and psychosocial safety. This role will lead on the development of policies, policy reviews and implementation, lean experienced transactional HR expert who enjoys the variety of project administration.
