Working within the Innovation Directorate, the Project Lead works to support the establishment and implementation of Our Watch’s Innovation Lab. Reporting to the Head of Innovation and working closely with the Design and Evaluation Lead and the broader innovation directorate, this role will support and foster creativity, experimentation and partnerships that align with Our Watch’s strategy.
You will contribute to the development of the lab and Our Watch’s innovation frameworks. Experience in areas such as service design, project visualisations, client journey mapping and business analysis will be highly regarded. You have a background in social policy or design and/or experience in design consulting or similar, and will be responsible for supporting partners and project teams, particularly during the initiation phase of projects. This includes applying Our Watch’s project management framework and project management tools to set clear project milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines to ensure the smooth execution of projects from concept through to scaling.
