Working within the Marketing & Communications Directorate, the Senior Content Producer, Digital and Multimedia plays a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of high-impact digital content that support initiatives to prevent violence against women and their children. With a focus on storytelling and knowledge translation, this role combines multimedia production expertise with content marketing strategies to build innovative content that inspires, informs and changes behaviour. This role leads the full content production lifecycle, from concept and design through to execution, implementation, and ongoing optimisation.
You will develop, produce, and edit multimedia content, including videos, animations, images, and other digital materials, to support campaigns, programs, and initiatives. You have advanced skills in industry standard tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and experience leading all stages of content, with a strong understanding of content development best practices (including user-centred design, storytelling and data-driven decision making to optimise content engagement and effectiveness). You are able to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, working with internal teams and external agencies, and have strong project management skills and proficiency in project management tools.
