About the role

• Hybrid and remote working arrangements available

• Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)

Working within the Marketing and Communications Directorate, the Senior Marketing Advisor, Our Watch Institute plays a critical role in the development, and delivery of high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns that increase awareness of the Our Watch Institute. With a focus on B2B marketing, this role leverages storytelling and knowledge translation to develop targeted content strategies that position the Our Watch Institute as a leading partner for workplaces seeking expert solutions in gender equality and violence prevention.

About you

You will lead Our Watch Institute’s social media and email marketing planning, development and execution, with a focus on connecting with target audiences through permission-based marketing. You will conduct market research and analysis, create and manage content, monitor and optimise campaigns, and provide expert advice and support on general Our Watch Institute marketing activities.
