How to apply
Eligible candidates are required to submit:
- A cover letter detailing their reasons for interest, relevant experience, and indicative daily fee rate.
- A CV with contact details for three referees.
- A short proposal for the consulting assignment (maximum 1000 words). The proposal should address the key deliverables and processes listed in the Terms of Reference, including:
- Approach to the desk review and stakeholder consultations.
- Methodology for project sampling and staff capacity assessment.
- Strategy for providing actionable recommendations and facilitating playback sessions.
- Availability to undertake the assignment within the specified time frame.
Note: Applications without a daily fee rate or proposal will not be considered.
