The Community Resilience Program Officer is responsible for supporting the Community Resilience Program Manager to achieve the objectives of relevant projects under the Climate Justice Program Pillar.
The Officer will support the development and delivery of Oxfam’s and partners’ influencing and program activities on resilience related to disaster risk reduction, climate change, and livelihoods. The Officer will work closely with Oxfam’s staff and partners at national, municipal, and regional levels.
The Officer will be a key point of contact for partners working on community resilience and will accompany partners with technical support and capacity building. The officer will be a champion for disability and gender inclusion within community resilience work.
