The Community Resilience Program Manager is responsible for managing all components of the Strengthening Inclusion Community Resilience project with guidance from the Resilience Senior Program Manager and providing organisational development support to the Strengthening Inclusion Community Resilience project partners. The role requires strategic planning, overall budget monitoring, program implementation, and MEL, all in line with Oxfam’s partnership approach. The Manager will work with the Strengthening Inclusion Community Resilience project key partners to ensure accountability to Oxfam and more broadly to all stakeholders. The Manager will be a key point of contact for partners in the program and will support partners with technical support and capacity building. She/he will also work closely with Oxfam staff and partners at national, municipal, and international levels and liaise with the ONZ as the partner affiliate. The Resilience Program Manager will also ensure partnership principles are well followed by partners and issues are raised and responded to together.
