An opportunity for an enterprising, innovative go-getter to be the Station Manager at PBA-FM community radio station in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. Located in Salisbury, PBA-FM has been broadcasting for nearly 40 years.

This is an exciting opportunity to take PBA-FM into the future. The successful candidate will have a proven record and skills in business development, leadership and management of a mainly volunteer workforce, community engagement, sales knowledge and ability, the ability to drive cultural change, a growth mindset, and experience in radio. Working knowledge of community broadcasting is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position. Hours are essentially 8.30 to 5.00pm weekdays, with some flexibility, some weekend work and some meetings/training sessions may be held after hours.
