Program Manager - Social Prescribing - Crestmead

  • $43.60 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

Your New Role

Reporting to the Youth Programs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of the Social Prescribing - Link Worker Project, which aims to support families, young people, and children by ensuring they are appropriately supported and referred to external agencies and internal services that enhance their specific situation.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in social sciences/human services or related discipline e.g. Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy (essential)
  • Three years of well-developed experience in a similar role
  • Research and evaluation experience or study focus
  • Experience working in support service roles with young people, homeless and family support
  • Hold a current driver’s licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
