The Adults Family Violence Intake and Assessment Practitioner is a valued member of the Family Violence Program at Peninsula Health. The role works within the state-funded Safety and Support Hubs, otherwise known as The Orange Door (TOD) and this position will be based at the Frankston site.The role focuses on assessing and connecting with Adults Using Family Violence (AUFV) to ascertain risk and support safety planning for people experiencing family violence. You’ll be part of an integrated team with specialist practitioners from other organisations that form the Bayside Peninsula Area (BPA) Orange Door consortium

*Please refer to Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
