YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE

  • Program Administrator - Clinical Placement Program in Cancer Survivorship
  • Fixed Term, Part-Time Role
  • This is a fixed term (until 30 June 2027), part-time (48 hours per fortnight) Project Administrator role.

This Project Administrator role will support the delivery of the 5th Clinical Placement Program in Cancer Survivorship (CPPiCS). This is a Victorian Government funded statewide program that aims to build knowledge and capacity of health professionals in survivorship care. The program is funded through to September 2027.

This role will be based within the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC). This is an exciting time to join the ACSC, as we lead survivorship activities outlined in the Victorian Cancer Plan 2024-2028. The ACSC prioritise a diverse and inclusive culture and offer workplace flexibility.

Essential selection criteria

  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least two years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally in health or education
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting events and education programs in the health sector
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to determine priorities
  • Demonstrated skills in time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in information technology, including online platforms, learning management systems, Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Remuneration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 - HS Grade 2 Year 1 (HS2) $66,768.00 per annum (full-time equivalent - to be prorated for part-time) to HS Grade 1 Year 5 (HS21) $73,811.92 per annum (full-time equivalent - to be prorated for part-time) dependent on candidate experience.
