  • 6 months fixed term position (parental leave coverage)

  • $26.87 per hour (probationary rate), then $28.71 per hour
  • Stunning coastal work location on Phillip Island

The Role

As the People and Culture Officer you will provide a broad range of support and advice across a variety of People and Culture activities, while supporting development and implementation of people initiatives. The role assists the People and Culture team to run efficiently and provide high level customer service.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience with Microsoft to support work tasks.
  • Proven ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent communications skills with proven ability to build positive relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including relationship and partnership building.
  • Ability to think creatively to develop new ideas that will make people feel welcome and part of the team.
  • Well-organised, with the ability to do more than one thing at a time in order of importance.
  • Ability to work together with a team and on your own.
