This role will be focussed on maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, while also introducing new offerings to grow the account. You will also build upon your existing portfolio of clients by holding online meetings with new prospects. You will be supported by having fully qualified meetings scheduled in your calendar. No selling required, because our service and our reputation speaks volumes. Simply introduce what we do, how we do it and why we do it with passion.

Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Deliver the PhoneCycle Account Management Strategy
• Utilise the extensive PhoneCycle Database to reconnect and onboard clients
• Understand client needs and tailor PhoneCycle’s suite of services to deliver a convenient and rewarding solution
• Progress relationships with existing clients, delivering new services and opportunities
• Conduct online meetings with all customers to develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs and priorities
• Meet targets and goals set out in the AM Document
