We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality, Risk & Safeguarding Manager to join our organisation in a part-time role based at our Ballarat office.
In this role you will be responsible to promote organisational culture that is enabled by strong systems and governance to oversee organisational risk, quality assurance and safeguarding across the entire organisation.
This management appointment sits within the leadership group and will work closely with the leaders to ensure an organisation-wide integrated approach to quality, risk, and safeguarding including developing and administering policy, and internal audit frameworks.
This role will ensure we continue to deliver high-quality person-centred care that is aligned to the expectations and needs of our customers, staff and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding compliance requirements, through positive relationship building, coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with stakeholders.
