THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Marketing & Administration Assistant to support our team with engaging marketing campaigns and efficient administrative operations. The successful candidate will be proactive, demonstrates initiative, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo to deliver the best results.

HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 9-4pm

LOCATION:

Doncaster East

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and implement engaging marketing strategies
  • Manage our social media accounts from end to end (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn)
  • Edit short-form videos, including Instagram Reels
  • Stay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into strategies
  • Undertake reception and other customer service duties including managing phone, digital and in-person enquiries
  • Record and maintain accurate information in our client management systems
  • Provide general administrative and project support as required

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - (KEY SELECTION CRITERIA)

Necessary:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and website management
  • Content creation skills, including writing long-form content (blogs) and video editing (Instagram Reels)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Optimistic, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference
  • Full and ongoing working rights in Australia

Highly regarded:

  • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience utilising CRM systems
  • Experience in, or understanding of, the community and NFP sectors
