This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced First Nations HR Generalist to join a passionate and hardworking team. In this role you will work very closely with portfolio clients and will be responsible for providing expert and professional advice to them using your partnering skills and the utilisation of extensive workforce knowledge to achieve business outcomes. This position is also responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best practice First Nations recruitment, employment and career development initiatives, and build internal capability to support the Sydney Opera Houses’ Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategic goals.
