Step into the role of Senior Data Manager at Plan International Australia, where you will spearhead the strategic management of fundraising and marketing data. Your leadership will drive our data warehouse and data pipeline initiatives, ensuring we continuously leverage analytics to propel advocacy, income generation, and campaign impact. This is a high-impact role where you will guide a small team and champion data best practices across the organisation.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Data & Insights, you will lead our Data Team in delivering high-quality data solutions that inform fundraising, marketing, and broader organisational initiatives. You will:

This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) with a competitive salary package commensurate with experience. You will lead a team of two direct reports (plus potential external partnerships). The ideal start date is flexible for the right candidate.
