We are currently seeking a Parent Hub Coordinator who is experienced in Perinatal Mental Health.
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Parent Hub Coordinator with clinical perinatal mental health experience and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role is an innovative new role and would suit someone who is interested in working autonomously with flexibility using their own initiative to drive outcomes for new mothers.
This role will provide day-to-day coordination t of Possum’s Parent Hub Program, drive membership and provide support for parents to navigate the health system. Additionally, The Parent Hub Coordinator provides training, recruitment and coordination of Parent Mentors. The successful candidate will need to be willing to achieve fast tracked accreditation for the Neuroprotective Developmental Care Programs (also known as the ‘Possums Programs’).
We are a Brisbane based charity at the fore-front of evidence-based care of parents with babies, providing a fundamental shift in the clinical management and approach to breastfeeding, baby sleep and cry-fuss problems, and parent mood www.possumsonline.com. Possums for Mothers and Babies Ltd is a registered health promotion charity which educates parents, health professionals, providers and educators in the evidence-based programs known as Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC). The successful applicant will be supported by our CEO Dr Douglas and our multidisciplinary team for training and professional development, and gain membership to a national and international network of NDC accredited health care providers.
