We’re looking for an energetic and articulate Health Program Coordinator (Primary Health Consultant) to join our Evidence in Practice team. In this role, you’ll provide support to primary health care professionals by developing and delivering clinical education tools and resources, including the Tasmanian HealthPathways. Your responsibilities will involve facilitating end-to-end clinical education and the development of resources to enhance best practice health care delivery throughout Tasmania – working across program areas such as alcohol and other drugs, mental health, aged care, palliative care, and chronic conditions
