About the opportunity

Primary Health Tasmania has an exciting opportunity for an innovative Program Management Office (PMO) Coordinator to work within the newly restructured Program Operations team. The PMO Coordinator will focus on supporting the Program Operations team by managing the process of project delivery to allow the functional subject matter experts to build and deliver outcomes.

What you would be doing

Reporting to the General Manager – Program Operations you will:

  • Design, develop and review project tools and templates
  • Be responsible for project scheduling, planning and reporting
  • Manage document libraries
  • Develop, review and continuously improve the program and project management framework
  • Assist the Program Operations team in supporting the overall governance and effective and efficient program management delivery

Here's what you’ll look like

  • Certificate IV in Project Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
  • Knowledge of project/program management methodologies and the development and maintenance of associated tools, systems and processes aimed at improving the efficiency of program/project delivery
  • Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
  • You will excel at working collaboratively with your peers and as part of a team to contribute to high-performance of the organisation.
  • You’re happy to travel if required (intrastate)
