Providence Disability and Ageing Services Pty Ltd a leading provider of disability support services, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Disabilities Services Officer to join our growing team!
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Scheduling our Staff's to align with Client Requirements
- Keeping a Positive Relationship with Staff, Clients and Families
- Engaging in Client case meeting
- Utilising System Software for rostering, client management and quality assurance
- Training Staff on Internal Procedures and client-specific Requirements
- Representing Providence and Promoting Services to our potential clients
- Maintaining Current Care Plans and Facilitating Communication within Support Teams
- Actively Participating in Staff Recruitments to meet client needs
- Responding to Incident Reports and Ensuring Comprehensive Documentation
What We are looking For:
You are able to work autonomously to manage your own workload. Must have good Communication Skills and ability to work effectively in a team with different range of audiences. Must have a positive attitude, the ability to think creatively and wisely to solve problems and promote solutions as appropriate.
To be Considered for this role, the following is essential:
- Current Criminal Record Check and working with children check.
- The right to work Full time position
- Capacity to take on-call responsibility after hours on a rotating roster
- Experience in a similar role
- Diploma of Community Service/ Advanced Diploma of Community Services
