ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a all-rounder, results-driven Marketing Coordinator to boost our brand awareness and customer base, both in-store and online. You’ll collaborate closely with management to deliver creative marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales and promote our low-waste, sustainable living ethos.

You will:

  • Develop and execute broad marketing strategies across our social media, email, website and in-store campaigns.
  • Identify gaps in our marketing and implement effective, measurable solutions that drive sales, increase visibility and promote brand recognition.
  • Create quality, engaging content for social media, website, physical and email marketing.
  • Contribute to our rebranding efforts.
  • Drive opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, events and media exposure.
  • Use data and trends analysis to improve campaigns and grow our customer base.
  • Help to refine the customer journey and increase our customer's positive experience.
  • Assist us in better defining and understanding our ideal customer.
  • Get creative with a small marketing budget to make a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement campaigns that align with our brand and mission.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase our visibility across multiple platforms.
  • Sales Growth: Drive campaigns that boost sales and customer retention.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for print, social media, email and website that is on-brand.
  • Customer Engagement: Refine our customer engagement strategies and improve the customer’s experience. Assist us in better-understanding our customer’s needs.
  • Analytics: Track and analyse sales, trends, feedback and brand engagement data to provide insights and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Creatively maximise our marketing budget for cost-effective growth.
  • Events & Collaborations: Assist with creating collaborations, events, media and community engagement to boost brand recognition and increase our offerings.
  • E-Commerce: Assist with online sales and digital campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Rebranding: Contribute toward our longer-term rebranding strategy.

Role Requirements:

  • Onsite availability essential (hybrid options available).
  • At minimum, 2+ years of industry experience and Cert III Marketing or related field.
  • Evidence of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media tools.
  • Please note, you’ll need to provide your own computer and phone – we are a small business and are limited in equipment budget.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Driver's licence and car availability.
