About the Role

With the assistance of two managers, the role has executive oversight of southern Brisbane, Logan, and Redlands multi-faceted service delivery programs, with responsibility for 150 staff. Located in the inner south head office and reporting directly to the CEO, the role has a wider brief in providing executive advice and support to the CEO in relation to strategic service delivery leadership across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic supervision and oversight of mental health programs and teams
  • Manage new and existing service delivery operations, including delivery of compliance, program reporting, and contractual requirements
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with service partners and funders across the region
  • Participate in research and evaluation opportunities as required

Skills and Attributes

  • Formal qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work and current registration with AHPRA or AASW
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise community programs and teams within human services
  • Ability to contribute to strategic and creative thinking planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Professional and high emotional intelligence
