The Executive Officer is tasked with supporting the CEO and Deputy CEO. Additionally, this role will coordinate and assist the Systemic Policy & Advocacy and Individual Advocates teams, while also providing administrative support to the Board. This is a varied role providing high level executive and administrative support. This role will support the executive team in having more time to focus on strategy and engagement with the board.
This is a maximum-term contract running until June 2025, with the potential for an extension.
You will bring your executive assistant experience to this role. You have exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You have excellent communication skills and are good at forming and maintaining stakeholder relationships with the ability to build a rapport. You also have strong IT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
PWDA offers hybrid working arrangements. This role can be based remotely for the right candidate.
Previous experience in the disability sector is desirable but not essential.
