About the role and you

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the conversion of strategy into actions that ensure QCOSS’ policy and research work is evidenced based, member-informed, relevant and impactful

Key to your success will be overseeing the continued high performance of the Research and Policy team.

You will come with an ability to demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillset, effectively engaging with a diverse group of senior internal and external stakeholders. You will also have tertiary qualifications in Law, Public Health, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Social Services or a related field with extensive experience developing and applying research methodologies and using qualitative and quantitative data in a research or policy development setting.
