About you

You have a passion for work that creates meaningful change. You will be used to working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and be:

  • Outcome-focussed, proactive, and driven to deliver a consistently high standard of work

You will have:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications (for example human resource management, workforce planning, business) and/or relevant demonstrated experience to fulfil the requirements of the position.
  2. Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to managing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
  3. Excellent and effective interpersonal, presentation and contemporary engagement skills with the ability to build positive working relationships internally and externally with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver a range of products and programs to contribute to building the capacity and expertise of the intended audience.
  5. Demonstrated ability to undertake analysis of data and research from a range of sources and contribute to the design and implementation evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
  6. Strong administration and ICT experience using Microsoft 365 products and CRMs
  7. A strong understanding and commitment to the work of QCOSS and our commitment to social justice.

In addition, the following mandatory requirement applies:

  • Work Rights: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.

What you will get

We will offer you a flexible, exciting, rewarding full-time (38 hrs / week) permanent position in a great place to work.

All this plus a competitive remuneration package between $99,333 - $103,819 per annum dependent on relevant qualifications and experience to fulfil the requirements of the position.

Superannuation of 12.5% and salary packaging benefits apply in addition to flexible work arrangements including working from home, flex time and time off in lieu provisions.
