The Venues Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the Centre’s public venues, ensuring revenue targets are met and that the Centre’s venue hire business continues to grow. The position can be full-time, however, part-time options are negotiable for the right candidate. The role does require working on site and out-of-hours work is required from time-to-time.
The role oversees a Venues Assistant and a pool of casual event staff and involves development and oversight of annual budgets with support from our Finance Manager, business development strategies, and stakeholder management. It ensures compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including OH&S. The Venues Coordinator reports directly to the CEO. See position description for more detail.
