Reporting to the Senior Manager Northern Melbourne, you will use your skills and experience to support the effective and efficient operational management of our two Northern Melbourne centres located in Greensborough.
As the Assistant Manager, you will help to maintain and motivate the team to deliver high quality professional services and drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with RAV’s strategic direction and meet contractual obligations.
This role will include components of staff performance review and management, general administrative tasks and management responsibilities.
This opportunity is a part-time, permanent position working four (4) days per week. You will be working across our two Greensborough centres in Northern Melbourne.
The base salary is $123k (pro-rata) per annum.
