Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include the provision of an efficient, welcoming first point of contact for actual and potential clients and referrers. You will supervise the administrative team, including conducting performance planning reviews and development of workplans.
You will ensure that the centre provides smooth and efficient administration operations and coordination for clinical staff. This position will take a lead role in the design and development of new projects and new systems, advising the manager on the implementation of all administration systems and processes at the centre. Well-developed technology skills also form part of this role, including using Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
This position is based at our Melbourne Family Relationship centre (FRC) and is a permanent, full-time position including one evening shift per week.
The base salary range is $85k-$87k per annum.
