We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities include the provision of an efficient, welcoming first point of contact for actual and potential clients and referrers. The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) will supervise the administrative team including performance planning reviews and development of workplans.
The CSC will advise the manager on the implementation of all administration systems and processes at the centre and take a lead role in the design, development and implementation of new projects and new systems to ensure that smooth and efficient administration operations are in place.
This role is located at our Melbourne centre and is permanent, part-time, working four (4) days per week. The base salary range is $83,978 to $86,347 (pro-rata) per annum.
