Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will bring extensive experience in office management, coordination, and supervision, providing support to both administrative and clinical staff. Your role will ensure seamless and efficient administrative operations while overseeing the coordination for clinical staff. You will supervise the administrative team, including conducting performance reviews and developing work plans. Additionally, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of new projects and IT systems, advising the manager on the execution of all administrative processes at the center. Strong technology skills, including proficiency with Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, are essential for success in this position.
This opportunity is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Family Relationship Centre in Melbourne CBD, with the expectation of one evening shift per week (Tuesday or Wednesday). The base salary range is $ 83k-$ 86k (pro-rata) per annum with access to salary packaging of $18,550 per annum.
