This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced customer service professional at our Cranbourne North centre to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager and working in a Family Violence Program, you will be a friendly first point of contact for our Family Violence program clients, directing phone enquiries and responding to emails about our services in a helpful manner. You will also coordinate bookings, perform data entry and manage appointment processing, while conducting basic assessments of client service needs as necessary. A high level of customer service is required for this role, along with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.

This opportunity is located at our Cranbourne North centre and is a part-time ongoing position working four (4) days per week, with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. The base salary range is $74k - $79k (pro-rata) per annum.

About you

  • Office Administration certificate and/or previous experience in a similar administration capacity.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new programs and business systems with ease.
  • Experienced in answering high volume inbound calls and delivering high quality customer service.
  • High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained.
