headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples’ wellbeing. This covers core areas including mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services. Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is the lead agency for headspace Bairnsdale and headspace Sale which are governed by a consortium of local community organisations who provide expertise, support and advice to RAV.
You will report to the Centre Manager, with key responsibilities including providing a welcoming first point of contact to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries and responding to emails in a helpful and professional manner. This involves efficient coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and preparing documentation pertaining to all stages of client work. You will also be responsible for receiving and posting payments and accounts, helping with the preparation for health promotion events and general office housekeeping duties.
This opportunity is located at our headspace Sale centre. This is a casual opportunity, and the successful candidate will support our administrative team across both our Sale and Bairnsdale headspace centres. The hourly rate is $47.50 per hour, inclusive of 25% casual loading.
