Reporting to the Senior Manager Kew, your key responsibilities include supporting Centre management and staff, as well as enabling the Centre to provide high quality service to clients. You will provide a welcoming first point of contact to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about our services and responding to emails in a helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required.
This role is based at our Kew centre and is permanent, part-time. You will be working three to four days per week (3-4) or seven days per fortnight, including Thursday evenings.
The base salary range is $71k-$73k (pro rata) per annum
