Reporting to the Senior Manager Melbourne MFRC & Therapeutic Services, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner able to work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDR to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans.
Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs.
The successful candidate MUST have a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
This position is permanent full time or part time working four days per week at our Melbourne Family Relationship Centre in Melbourne CBD. This will include working one evening shift per week.
The base salary range is $92k-$99k (pro rata) per annum.
