We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in RAV's Family Safety Model, providing a service access point for men, women, and children experiencing family and domestic violence. You will ensure a coordinated practice by facilitating warm referrals to RAV supports and appointing a key worker for families needing multiple interventions. Your responsibilities will include conducting telephone psycho-social assessments and acting as an information and referral source, ensuring the safety and well-being of partners, former partners, family members, and children of men in the Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP). Additionally, you will provide group work programs for family members affected by family violence, with an emphasis on parenting and parent-child relationships.
This role is located at our Boronia Centre and is part-time, permanent, working three (3) days per week. The base salary range is $ 95k-$ 102k (pro-rata) per annum.
