Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, this position provides advice and support to managers and employees across all HR areas. Working to support our workforce in key HR areas including Employee and Industrial Relations, People Policies and procedures, recruitment and performance management, OHS and managing Workcover claims. You will also assist to respond to employee grievances and investigations, as well as employee engagement, surveys, recognition, general reporting and ad hoc projects as we work strategically and operationally to support the business needs.
