The Reason Party is committed to evidence-based policy and achieving positive change for the community. Fiona Patten leads the Party and has represented the Northern Metropolitan region in the Victorian Parliament since 2014.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage field campaigns in key regions and seats; focus on data-driven engagement; testing and refining communications
• Engage, lead and coach teams of supporters and volunteers and be responsible for meeting engagement targets
• Development of campaign budgets; ensuring expenditures remain within budget
• Manage all operational aspects of the campaign; liaising with suppliers
• Candidate management including localised strategies ensuring they comply with the campaign plan
• Work with all internal stakeholders to deliver on the campaign plan
• Manage timelines, meet deadlines
• Provide regular reports to the Management Committee

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and without supervision
• Campaign organising experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, results oriented work environment
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Nationbuilder or a comparable CRM; excel
• Has access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation

The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Party Secretary and report to the Management Committee.
