The Reason Party is seeking a highly motivated, talented and passionate Campaign Manager.
About Reason
The Reason Party is committed to evidence-based policy and achieving positive change for the community. Fiona Patten leads the Party and has represented the Northern Metropolitan region in the Victorian Parliament since 2014.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage field campaigns in key regions and seats; focus on data-driven engagement; testing and refining communications
- Engage, lead and coach teams of supporters and volunteers and be responsible for meeting engagement targets
- Development of campaign budgets; ensuring expenditures remain within budget
- Manage all operational aspects of the campaign; liaising with suppliers
- Candidate management including localised strategies ensuring they comply with the campaign plan
- Work with all internal stakeholders to deliver on the campaign plan
- Manage timelines, meet deadlines
- Provide regular reports to the Management Committee
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Campaign organising experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast paced, results oriented work environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Nationbuilder or a comparable CRM; excel
- Has access to a vehicle or other reliable transportation
The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Party Secretary and report to the Management Committee.
